1. Overview This website is operated by Luca Zavoli, Strada del Lupo 4, 47890 San Marino (Republic of San Marino), trading as The Laser Stash. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products We sell downloadable digital design files for laser cutting and engraving. No physical products are shipped. We make every effort to describe products accurately, including file formats and compatible software, but preview images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final cut result depending on your machine, material and settings.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error; if we cancel, you will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery Files are delivered electronically, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. License When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files.

You may:

  • use the files to cut, engrave and make physical products for yourself;
  • sell the finished physical products you make (for example on Etsy, at craft fairs, or to your own customers) and keep 100% of the profit.

You may not:

  • resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the digital files, in original or modified form;
  • upload the files to any file-sharing site, marketplace or group;
  • claim the designs as your own original work.

All intellectual property rights in the files remain with The Laser Stash and/or their original creators. Violations may result in termination of your license and legal action.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content By completing your purchase and starting the download, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that, where applicable law allows, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect the voluntary guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

7. Use of results Laser cutting involves risks. You are responsible for using your machine safely, choosing appropriate materials and settings, and following the manufacturer's instructions. Any settings or guides we provide are general suggestions only.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The files are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damage to machines or materials or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-party services Checkout, payments and file delivery are provided through third-party services (such as Shopify and payment processors), which have their own terms.

10. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of San Marino, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
