Thank you for shopping at The Laser Stash. Our products are digital files delivered electronically, so no physical items are shipped or returned.

14-day satisfaction guarantee You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• you did not receive your download link and our support team could not resolve the issue;
• the files are corrupted, will not open, or are materially different from the product description;
• you have a technical problem that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time.

When refunds are not available Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind after the files have been downloaded;
• incompatibility with software or machines not listed as supported in the product description;
• requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request a refund Email us at thelaserstash@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (screenshots help). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — we resolve most issues quickly. When a refund is issued, your license to use the files ends and you must delete them.
